BetBuddy Terms of Service

BetBuddy is a football analytics and information service. It tracks bookmaker odds movement across a set of competitions, applies statistical models to the resulting selections, and publishes the outcome of those selections together with the performance of four staking strategies.

BetBuddy operates in paper mode. It does not place bets, does not hold funds, does not connect to any bookmaker account, and is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, broker or financial services provider. Stakes shown anywhere on the site are simulated.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to use BetBuddy. You are responsible for ensuring that using a betting analytics service, and acting on any information you find here, is lawful where you live.

Registration is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

BetBuddy Pro is an optional paid subscription available on monthly, three-monthly and annual billing periods, with a free trial period offered to eligible new customers as described on the pricing page. Prices, billing periods and trial terms shown on that page at the time of purchase are the ones that apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

All performance figures published on BetBuddy — settled bets, wins, losses, win rate, profit and loss, ROI, odds, stakes and bankrolls — are generated from BetBuddy's own tracked records using real match results and the odds recorded at the time each selection was locked. Settled records are not edited afterwards.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. BetBuddy makes no representation, promise or guarantee that following its selections or strategies will be profitable. Odds available to you may differ from the odds recorded by BetBuddy, and that difference alone changes the outcome you would achieve. Everything published on BetBuddy is provided for information and analysis only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to place any particular bet. Any decision you make is yours alone and made at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content, data or statistics from the service;
• resell, redistribute or republish BetBuddy content or Pro-only material;
• share account credentials or subscription access with others;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, administrative areas or data you are not authorised to access;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of local gambling law.

BetBuddy depends on third-party football fixture, odds and result data. That data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and providers can change or withdraw access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The BetBuddy name, site, models, written content and published statistics are owned by BetBuddy. You may view and reference them for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetBuddy is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from reliance on any information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page is the one in force. Continuing to use BetBuddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
